Come join the Phoenix Singers with the Phoenix Orchestra, under new musical director David Thomas, for an Eastertide performance of Handel’s timeless masterpiece. Please note the earlier start time of 7.00 pm, the concert ends at approx. 9.20 pm.
Our choir has been practising Handel’s masterpiece including the ‘Hallelujah’ chorus, one of the most famous pieces of Baroque choral music & the most widely known part of this uplifting oratorio. £15 but under 18's go FREE! Tickets are available at the door (starts at 7 pm).

Celebrate Easter by experiencing the story of Christ through one of the greatest choral works of all time – Handel’s Messiah. First performed in Dublin in 1742 the Messiah eventually became one of the best-known & most frequently performed choral pieces in Western music.

Piran is a Bass-Baritone, he has performed extensively in opera as a soloist & as a concert soloist around the UK and abroad. Piran also teaches singing at several schools.

MEET THE SOLOIST - OLIVER GERISH - COUNTER-TENOR Oliver studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama & has performed internationally as a soloist all over Europe. He has a master’s degree in architectural history & lives with his wife & their two children in London.
