When the @KingsportAxmen needed an out - they called on @kalebtownsend31 of @JURoyals_BB. He thrived under pressure this season and was resilient.

He appeared in a team leading 18 games, earning the most holds (4) on the staff and pitched 22.1 innings, his most as a Axman.

Went (2-0) with a 3.57 ERA, 16 Ks and 3 saves (T-1st on the team).
