@kofi_ofoe17809 @ghav_nah Thus the problem with ur analogy, Accra is a poorly planned city, this city should be able to accommodate this number with no issues but now it has issues, u cannot just sack everyone, so in the long term incentivize people to move out to a properly planned city.
