Our partners at the University of Amsterdam from the @NoelGroupUvA have published a new study on the interaction of light with gas–liquid interfaces and its influence on #photon absorption in continuous–flow #photoreactors 💡💨
Key Findings:
✅Introducing a gas phase in continuous-flow photoreactors enhances photon absorption.
✅Small gas bubbles intensify light intensity in the liquid, improving reactor efficiency.
✅Large bubbles cause some photon losses, but much less than expected.
Our latest Photo2Fuel video on #Biohybrid Systems is now available! 🚀
This video explores how we can harness biohybrid technology to convert CO₂ into valuable #fuels and #chemicals using sunlight.
