@FILIRICAN44 There are two factors that will affect your aurora viewing: moon and clouds. The moon will be bright and up most of the night during your visit, so you will need more active aurora. Also, we'll have to see how the cloud cover is, but 2 weeks is a good window.

@FILIRICAN44 The ceremonial start of the Iditarod is downtown Anchorage on first Saturday of March. But our winter festival, the Fur Rondy, ends right before that. Otherwise, plenty of activities, temps are warmer, days are longer. March is a good time for aurora displays.
