@canncon This looks like the usual transport from Fulton County Jail to Superior Court. FCSD makes that trip like they’re moving Hannibal Lecter… First few times in the area that time of morning, I’ll admit it seemed… concerning
As a career local TV news photog, I have:
- Not enough money in my 401K.
- Better work stories than you.
- A right elbow that always hurts.
- Batteries older than some weekend anchors.
- A heightened appreciation for gas station canopies.
- Trust Issues.
When I first got the chance to put a professional TV camera on my shoulder, something. just. clicked.
Turns out it was one of my vertebrae, but I took it as a good sign at the time.
Things Every TV News Photog Should Carry In Their Car:
1. Camera Equipment
2. Sunscreen
3. Extra layer of skin for protection when being blamed by passersby for triggering Radical Left Uprising / Right Wing Hell-Storm / General Downfall of Western Civilization.
4. Snacks
PRO TIP: if you’re in a TV station control room and you want bump shots from the field, call the photog.
Not the reporter. Not your agent. Not the caterer. Not the guy the dozing off in the break room. The photog.
Call. The. Photog.
Oh, and one more thing…
Call the photog.
@SandySprings_PD is investigating this crash on I-285 East at Glenridge Dr. where these 3 vehicles tried taking the exit are the same time. No injuries were reported
Eric Hipple is a public speaker today. Presumably this means he a) still can go out in public and b) has the gift of speech. Which, after taking this helmet-removing creamsicle missile, seems like a pretty big fucking win for him.
Photojournalist @Photo_Guittar was able to get a closer look at the crime scene through his camera lens and he saw these shell casings right outside of the SUV. @wsbtv
