@RishiSunak what about all the self employed people who can’t work due to the guidelines given out by the government? It’s unlikely that ‘normal’ weddings will take place for the rest of the season, so are we supposed to wipe out almost an entire year of income?

The mood music signalled by Chancellor here isn't good in terms of a 2nd Self Employment Income Support grant. The current payout is for March - May. No news of payout beyond may. My view is there is at best only a 50-50 chance of a 2nd payout.

I’m starting to feel concerned that I have a considerable length of my journey still to make and I’m extremely hungry, thirsty and tired. @nadiasplat If someone can’t manage a trip to the shops between Mon - Fri 8am til 10pm & 10am - 4pm on a Sunday, then I think they have bigger things to worry about. Have I, at 5pm on a Sunday, gone damn I forgot to get ‘x’? Yes! Has it ruined my life? No I just get it on Monday instead.

@CruisingTheCut @BoothsCountry @Tesco I personally like the self checkouts. I hate having to wait in a queue of 4-5 people doing their weekly shop when I only need to grab one or two items. I don’t think they should remove manned tills though, there are a lot of people that still rely on them.

@m88ulv I’ve never heard of Salt Bae 🤣 TikTok is odd, views accumulate so much quicker than any other platform. To be honest though, there’s so many people doing videos these days it’s hard to stand out. One of our videos has almost 2m views but over 7 years so I wouldn’t say it’s viral

@RobbieCumming Could you refit NL, lowering the floor slightly? My other half is 6ft7 and our boat flooring was lowered during a refit and he can just about stand up in it now. It does mean we sit a bit lower in the water but it doesn’t hinder navigation.
