@femme3000 secondo me ha avuto un calo terribile dalle prima storie. Ora mi sembrano solo “brutte esperienze” alla peggio che veri casi di manipolazione (anche l’ultima sulla scuola di doppiaggio WTF?)
Being completely transparent, I used to be someone who actually hated robotic affirming. Just like a lot of you, I thought it was tiring and exhausting. That was until I realized I was putting too much pressure on myself and was doing everything but staying consistent. I was constantly in a mindset of “trying” to do it rather than just doing it no matter what.
And before y’all run to argue with me. Idc if you wanna hear me out or not, I’m just simply sharing a different perspective about it. Again you don’t HAVE to do anything in order to manifest. Do whatever works for you. However, at the end of the day — if something doesn’t “work” for you, that is only because you are telling yourself that. Everything works. No matter the method, no matter the technique, no matter the affirmation. It all works. Because again, whatever you tell yourself HAS to be true for you.
So let’s talk robotic affirming — this is how I specifically do it. There is no right or wrong way to robotically affirm. Just like how there is no right or wrong way to manifest. You’re always doing everything right. Personally, I pick ONE affirmation and loop it in my head all day. I don’t do counters or timers. I will spend all day looping that one affirmation in my head.
However, I do know and have heard other people that choose to robotically affirm more than one affirmation. And that’s perfectly fine. I just know that for me, looping one affirmation. Sticking to the same affirmation — allows me to not overthink it and helps me create mental discipline & consistency.
No matter what I’m doing (driving, cleaning, sitting in my bed, cooking, at the gym, etc.). No matter if my mind wanders or a doubt pops up. No matter how I may feel in the moment. No matter what I may hear or see physically right in front of me — I will loop that one affirmation. Sort of like a mantra in my head.
I found that the reason why I used to have so much beef with robotic affirming was literally because I was STILL focused on what I didn’t want. I was still allowing myself to worry and entertain everything but what I was affirming for. If a doubt or unwanted feeling popped up, I’d think it wasn’t “working” or I messed it up. And most of all, I thought I had to treat my mind like I was running a marathon when I never was.
That’s not fucking true. The best thing about robotic affirming is you don’t have to believe or feel anything. You don’t have to do anything except just tell yourself over and over again that you have what you want. You’re just pinging your mind and mentally bringing your attention & focus back to thinking the thoughts you WOULD be thinking if you had what you want. Because whether you agree or not, your mind is like a sponge. It takes whatever you tell yourself or tell others (whether outloud or in your mind) as the truth.
So by robotic affirming, you are literally conditioning your mind to think differently. It takes a conscious effort but honestly once you are consistent with it, it WILL become a habit.
Also I get it, doubts and feelings can be overwhelming sometimes but I promise you, robotic affirming can eliminate that — if you allow it to by not “giving up” even when everything else around you is going on. Whatever you focus on IS what you will get more of. So just give it a shot. And see how easy it truly can be.
