The @FedEx rep told me at first it was unsafe because of the Black Lives Matter riots happening in Chicago, now its COVID. I just want my money back they can have the item. @NavyExchange this is unacceptable, I’m just saying.

The @NavyExchange has failed me, smh. I reached out several times requesting a refund for an item that was supposed to be delivered by June 27th and they told me I had to wait for @FedEX to deliver the package. It’s July 20th. I ordered the item June 10th. #poorcustomerservice
