@AmericanAir How do I get reimbursement? I don’t have enough money to replace the bag and everything in it. (One of which is my overnight retainers) I’m a poor graduate student.

2 weeks without my bag. A bag I have determined I will likely never see again. @AmericanAir isn’t allowing me to claim any sort of loss so I can be given the means to replace everything I lost. They are telling me I lost my bag, not them. No. My bag was taken by another passenger

@AmericanAir I already have. They said because I lost the bag (which I didn’t) and it is a carryon not a ticketed bag, they closed my file.

@AmericanAir where’s my bag?!?! Someone took my carryon off the plane on 3/6 from SPS to DFW. An employee of AA contacted me with her personal cell. She said the bag was at LaGuardia but haven’t heard a thing since.
