After seven years of development, we present the highly general human ventricular cardiomyocyte T-World https://t.co/6AiyUY7wI2
It represents excitation-contraction coupling, contractility, sympathetic signalling, sex differences, and it is suitable for multiscale studies. 1/X

@arrivayorkshire@MayorOfWY And the fact is, I don't want to be complaining. I certainly don't want to be doing that on Twitter. I quite simply want you to provide the service for which you are contracted and on which I and many others rely. I feel the official complaints process is simply to placate us.
@arrivayorkshire your 254 has failed to show up, again; this time without any upfront information given. You are making it impossible for me to work the hours I find most productive, and I am fortunate enough to have the luxury of chosing my hours. This has to stop.
@arrivayorkshire@MayorOfWY I will, but I don't see what difference that would make. The company has complete knowledge of which services are cancelled and full awareness of the implications. It has been like this the entire time I have lived in Leeds; complaints aren't changing anything.
@i_jayas @ProfRachelGaN Do you run Onedrive synced to the folder on a Mac? I noticed that sometimes when it failed to sync and then did so, it would decide the online (older) version was "correct". I had Word documents erased or overwritten, and new simulation data deleted. So that may be the issue...
@JakubTomek13@arrivayorkshire Sounds awful! But not remotely surprising. I do somewhat feel sorry for the people who run the social media for these companies, as they are neither at fault nor can change anything, but this seems to be the only way companies respond at all.
@arrivayorkshire re:254 The next bus is not until 20:00, and there is no guarantee that that is running. You provide a "service" that people rely on for work (and leisure). Explain to me how this is remotely acceptable?
@steida@JakubTomek13@arrivayorkshire Yes, exactly. We passengers have no alternative, and if the council keep re-awarding contracts despite poor service, then nothing will ever change.
@arrivayorkshire What makes it so frustrating is that we, your passengers (read NOT "customers"), are powerless to do anything about it. What options do we have? Waste another hour of our life? Pay for a taxi? Only to still have to pay for your "service" the next day? Fix this. Now.
@arrivayorkshire That's just not good enough, is it? There should be no reason, bar city wide disaster, that means you fail to provide an hourly service at a time when people finish work. Your job is to have effective mitigitations in place to ensure this doesn't happen. Yet, it is far from rare.
Come work with me! I'm please to announce that I have a Research Associate position open. Please apply if you have a passion for cardiac cell physiology and/or forward to anyone who might be interested! Contact me if you have questions.

@arrivayorkshire Complaints achieve absolutely nothing, and your service has been appalling for the 8 years I have lived in Leeds and relied on it, despite many complaints being made. You respond far more quickly to a public tweet than an official complaint. Odd, that….
@arrivayorkshire Be aware that I will be noting every time I try to catch a bus that is cancelled or delayed by over 5 mins for this month. Expect a bill at the end of July for all of my time that you have wasted. This is day 1 and we are already on 30 mins. Good start...
@arrivayorkshire However, I am also sure you have a legal responsibility to deliver on the service that you are contracted for, and it you do not have the means to deliver that service, you should not have a contract. @MayorOfWY
@arrivayorkshire Clearly, my stating that I would send you a bill was me being facetious; it will, however, at the end of this month illustrate just how poor your service is and how much of your passengers’ time you waste on a daily basis.
