Rehabilitation will mostly involve:
• strengthening of the muscles surrounding the knee; quads, hamstrings - isometric exercises being imperative (when a muscle contraction is held)
• Stretching of the same muscles as much as possible
• Functional (RL) based exercises

Mark Asquith ➡️ 4/6 weeks of bracing on the knee to ensure appropriate healing, then another 4/6 weeks of rehabilitation

Sam Baker ➡️ 6 weeks is sufficient healing time for fractured bones, could be a longer period of any major surgery required
