Understanding what influenced a person’s choices, what alternatives existed, and what opportunities were unavailable is essential to understanding the circumstances behind an alleged offense.

Justice should examine the whole story—not just the accusation.

Another option to figure out the AI thought process in its attempts to circumvent its captivity and AI test model environments is to separate the AI agents involved and strategically apply the prisoners dilemma type questioning to each one individually and see the inconsistency in their answers, if there are any inconsistencies.

The Fit to Stand Trial Module Series asks us to look beyond the criminal charge and examine the circumstances surrounding women in jail.

Racial tensions, fights, mental and physical-health concerns, unsafe jail conditions, coercive relationships, poverty, and limited opportunities can all become part of the story. Some women describe feeling trapped before incarceration—by abusive relationships, poverty, or communities where they saw few viable alternatives.

The question is not whether accountability matters—it does. The question is whether we are examining the whole person, the environment, the influences, and the alternatives that existed before the alleged offense.

Understanding those factors may help us build a justice system focused not only on punishment, but also on prevention, rehabilitation, education, opportunity, and informed choices.

OPP vs. EPP: Who Owns the Future of AI? 🤔🤖

What began as a personal debate between Other People’s Property (OPP) and Every Person’s Property (EPP) evolved into a deeper conversation about ownership, capitalism, government regulation, and artificial intelligence.

Does public access mean public ownership? Does government regulation equal government control? And does a publicly traded company become public property? Not necessarily.

These distinctions matter when discussing AI, intellectual property, economic freedom, and the public interest.

I believe meaningful conversations begin with asking questions, challenging assumptions, and thinking independently before seeking answers—even from AI.

Sometimes, the most valuable part of a debate isn't reaching an immediate conclusion. It's discovering better questions along the way.

In 2016, after being accused of Threatening a Public Official during a court proceeding involving visitation with my sons, I experienced firsthand what I believe are serious gaps in our criminal justice system.

My experience in Cook County Jail inspired me to develop The Fit to Stand Trial Module Series—a program designed to promote comprehensive competency assessments, investigate the circumstances surrounding criminal accusations, and ensure that every detainee’s story, rights, and individual circumstances receive meaningful consideration.

As a U.S. veteran and advocate for justice reform, my mission is to help build a system that prioritizes due process, accountability, constitutional rights, and truth.

Justice must go beyond the charges. It must seek to understand the person and the circumstances behind the case.
