As a political activist, revolutionary, and President of South Africa, #Mandela had a dream of peaceful coexistence and equal opportunity. His life demonstrated that everyone has the ability to change the world. Today on what would have been his 100th birthday, we honor him.
Did you know Nelson Mandela was regarded as a master storyteller? Using speaches to peacefully overcome adversity, we remember him as one of the world's greatest orators. His speech An Ideal for which I'm prepared to die was a key moment in the history of South African democracy.
