given the hype zkSync had, community sentiment is down bad after the claim checker went live

there are multiple concerns and proposals floating around

1. Reducing the max cap from 100k to around 50k tokens (redistributing the excess)

2. Removing the minimum threshold of 450 tokens

3. Recheck sybil activity
