By accepting & continuing to preside over the proceedings involving the allegations of land scamming by Jordan @GovWike at the @fcthighcourt, Sylvanus Oriji knowing violates Rule 12(d)(iii) of the @njcNig's #CodeOfConduct for Judicial Officers in #Nigeria. He has a duty to recuse himself.

Effectively, this is a case of the Chief Judge of @fcthighcourt asking & allowing the Wike family to pick & choose their own safe pair of judicial hands on the bench of the court. It is a judicial comfort guarantee.

No matter how anyone looks at it, this creates an assurance of a pre-determined outcome. Courts are not meant to function like this.

These so-called “experienced leaders” had every opportunity while in power to build first-class healthcare facilities in Nigeria. Abubakar Malami visited impunity on the office of Attorney-General of the Federation; indignity upon #Nigeria; and infamy upon himself. There is more than enough in the decision of the arbitration tribunal to bring him before the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee, #LPDC, and to disbar him from the roll of lawyers in Nigeria.
