Mohammad Zahid, 45, and his son Anas (16) two of at least six were killed by the police bullets in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

Zahid was shot twice in the chest by police. In a heartbreaking act of devotion, young Anas tried to shield his dying father's body with his own, only to be fatally shot and beaten by officers.
When Zahid's eldest son, Aman, rushed out to retrieve them, he was met with an unimaginable scene of cruelty: police were still striking his brother's lifeless body with rifle butts as Anas lay protectively over their father.

In Juhapura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a 70-year-old man identified as Zaheer Shaikh died after being taken into police custody, leading to serious allegations of custodial torture and conflicting claims from police and family members.

Zaheer Shaikh had reportedly been arrested in connection with a case involving alleged possession of around 500 kg of beef. Earlier, videos showing police action against some accused in the case had circulated widely on social media.

Before his death, a video recorded by his son surfaced online in which Zaheer claimed that police personnel assaulted him in custody. In the video, he alleged that officers beat him, pulled his beard, kicked him in his private parts, and demanded money as a bribe. He specifically named an officer identified as Akshay in the recording.

Family members and local residents have alleged that Zaheer was subjected to custodial violence and abuse. According to them, he named several police personnel before he died while undergoing treatment at SVP Hospital in Ahmedabad.

Police, however, have denied the torture allegations and stated that Zaheer’s condition deteriorated after he allegedly consumed a high dose of medication while in custody, which they say led to his hospitalisation and subsequent death.

An Indian Muslim man from Bhagalpur, Waseem Akram, has reportedly been sentenced to 10 years in prison in Dubai.
According to his family, the incident happened after he unknowingly took a few photos inside a flight without being aware of local regulations. Waseem was the sole breadwinner of his family, and since his arrest, his elderly parents have reportedly been struggling for survival and running from office to office seeking help.

A 14-year-old Muslim girl was kidnapped by Deepu, held hostage, and raped.

In the Hammalipura area under Sadar Kotwali in Kannauj, a girl who went missing from a madrasa on May 3-4, 2026, was found tied up in an unconscious state on the rooftop of a neighboring house. Accused Deepu lured her (by saying her mother was calling), took her to his house, held her captive, drugged her with a sedative, raped her, and applied sindoor to her hair parting while putting payal and bichhiya on her feet.

Meanwhile, the missing girl's family was searching for her. She somehow informed her family about the incident over the phone. Upon this, the Kotwali police along with the family rescued the girl in an unconscious condition from the rooftop of a house and sent her to the district hospital for medical examination. The police registered a case on the complaint and arrested the main accused. However, co-accused Sanjeev (Deepu's brother) and Dhiraj (Deepu's friend) are absconding and being searched for.

Just a few days ago in Bihar, Ravi Chauhan attacked Navi Hasan in the middle of the road over a minor argument. He first assaulted him with a sharp weapon, and when Navi fell injured, he slit his throat and allegedly started shouting “JSR” slogans.

There was no media coverage, no trends on Twitter, and no accusations of links to any organization.

Now imagine if the situation were reversed,if the killer were Nabi instead of Ravi. The media would be full of debates, Twitter would be trending nonstop, and terms like “k*ll jihad,” ISIS, Syria, Iran, Pakistan connections would be thrown around, branding Muslims across the world as terrorists.

It feels like just having a Muslim name is enough for even a minor dispute to be turned into the biggest scandal by Indian media and local politicians.

5 y/o boy trusted a familiar face... the guard at his school hostel. That night, Mukesh, 46, lured the child to his room, raped him, then silenced him forever with a blade... fearing the boy's cries would expose him.

Mukesh (wife left) was regularly taunted by hostel children who called him "impotent", took out his rage on the most helpless.
