Top 5 Chargers PFF Offense Grades vs. Broncos:
1. TE Scott Matlock 74.8
2. TE Hayden Rucci 73.6
3. OT Travis Burke 71.6
4. WR Tre' Harris 69.8
5. TE Charlie Kolar 66.0
The bustle of packed bags and hurried footsteps filled a static silence.
“Five minutes!” yelled someone with a schedule to keep. “You good?” one player said as he dapped another. You could hear yourself think in a room full of Chargers, helplessly set on “staying the course” as their head coach says.
Whatever that means.
The Chargers are 0-5 for the first time since 2003. After a while, business as usual sounds rehearsed.

Im not out on Herbert until I see him with a competent team around him. The only time he’s had 2 all pros on the offense, he threw for 5k yards and had 41 TDs
Until the rest of the team steps up, I’m going to continue to give 10 the benefit of the doubt because we know who he is
Chargers never drafted a WR as good as Jeremiah Smith. IMH: He is the new Julio Jones. We are competing with the Titans to draft him, and we’ll get him in one of two ways.
1. Bench Herbert.
2. MM continues to draw timing throws, ask DD to tush push, and limit Omarion snaps.
entire roster dead
MVS, DD and ron weasly as WR3
4 rookie OL
0 yard run, 0 yard run, perfect pass, fumble
TE Rucci’s first career NFL touch is a TD after getting elevated from the practice squad
local town retard: “its time to have a discussion about herbert”
Herbert interceptions are unrecognizable. 4 interceptions on “timing” passes to MVS or DD.
All of these losses are self inflicted by the offense with help from special teams.
Herbert should be benched in the next INT. It’s like watching a different human being.
Jeremiah Smith!
Wease and Matlock picked up blocks. Do not dare to cut Wease when whoever is getting healthy. Cut DD.
Pay Tuli. He is available on Sundays unlike Bosa/Slater. He is clutch. Interceptions, TFLs, Sacks, forced fumbles every game.
Mesidor is getting better every week.
Shut it down, you won't find a hotter take today than "Justin Herbert has never been good"
6 full seasons
ROY
2 Top 10 MVP finishes
He's mostly throwing to Amazon delivery guys. He's had a whopping 2 offensive guys named All-Pro (Slater, Linsley both OL in 2021)
If that was 52 last game with the Chargers, then Thank you K-Mack.
While I hopelessly continue to pray the NFL league will force the Spanos to sell the team, the following can be done:
1. Embrace the tank & bench Herbert. We do not want him to lose his entire confidence after a few more of these dumb and dumber interceptions. Herbert recent INTs and numbers remind me of prime Zach Wilson.
2. Resign Tuli tomorrow. He deserves a good contract more than Slater did.
Clutch plays every week and never missing a game.
3. Get to 0:17 and Draft Jeremiah Smith. He is the last hope to see if Herbert is worth keeping.
4. Cut QJ and your losses. Also, do not pay Ladd more than $30M per year after next season. He is too fragile for WR1. Like Bosa and Slater, he will miss games and will have a huge cap hit.
5. Make sure Jake Ragdoll Slaughter spends time near the milk machine and in the weight room.
6. Fire Ficken and cut DD this week. Elevate the assistant ST coach until the end of the season.
7. Fire MM and let Shane Day call plays for DJ Uiagalelei.
8. Fans and especially podcasters, should send Thank You and I Am Sorry postcards to Joe Lombardi and Greg Roman. The former had Herbert on 5000 passing yards per season, and the latter got us back to back 11 win seasons. GAC ridiculed the 11 win catch phrase, as if we are a winning organization.
9. Fire the medical stuff. Them California doctors rush to players after each boo-boo, making them softer. Hire medical doctors from war zone countries.
