@PizzaHutCanada placed an order through the mobile app but the store cancelled it. I was charged for the order. The store worker told me he cancelled it when I called but I guess this was a lie. It’s not a pending charge, it was actually posted. This is unacceptable.

@FidoSolutions No this doesn’t seem to be the case. I didn’t get any refund to my card. I’m also not in Canada and can’t receive calls to my number that was previously registered to Fido. The call back function isn’t an option for me. Please help.

@Fidomobile I’m having trouble contacting customer service. So frustrated that I cancelled my line and ported my number out. I want a refund for the services not rendered. Can someone reach out to me ASAP
