⚾️ Dylan cease has high strikeout material. Projected lineup has 5-6 batters with a k rate of 20% or higher. Versus lefties cease has a 26%k rate. Versus Righties he has a 32.6% k rate. Cease faced the Braves twice last season and did get 4ks away and 11ks at home vs the Braves. Cease LY had an era of 3.03 at home LY.

⚾️ He’s under this line in 11/18 starts last year excluding the post season. Tigers have two guys Riley greene 12.7% walk rate and Ryan Kreidler 10.9% walk rate. Yama is Henry juices under 15.5 pitching outs which I doubt he works into the sixth. Dodgers also are off on Sunday which gives the bullpen rest. Yama already has one start this year in Tokyo where he walked the first batter then didn’t walk anyone else. Yama has a 6% walk rate ranking in the 81st percentile

⚾️ In his first start against the white Sox he went 6 innings,7ks allowing 1 run. Today he faces the athletics who are honestly top 5 bottom in every offense category vs RHP. Versus RHP they are batting .186 batting average(4th worse),.273 in on base percentage(4th worse), 2nd highest in k rate at 29.1%.Flaherty threw 87 pitches first start so 95 should be his ceiling. Bullpen should ideally have 4 arms they can use but this is a autobet against Oakland after coming off a loss yesterday

⚾️ Crotchet in two starts this year against the tigers and Braves has went for 8 ks in both matchups. Crotchet has a 33% k rate so far this year. My only concern with this play is the royals can stack righties against the left handed crotchet. Likewise this year vs left handed hitters he’s faced 13 of them and struck out 5. Versus right handed hitters he’s faced 35 and struck out 11. Crotchet is averaging 11.8 strikeouts per nine innings.

⚾️ Adley has a 0% k rate versus left handed pitching in which he sees Marco Gonzales today for atleast 2-3 at bats. Adley last year has a k rate of 14.7% to both sides of the plate this year this has decreased to 5.7%. This year in 29 plate appearances he’s only struck out twice. Both happened in the same game where he had 5 batting attempts and one came against the fast throwing power of Jared jones from the pirates.
