@united gate agent just slammed boarding door shut in mine and another passenger’s flight. That was a different flight that left early. My flight (to the same location) is still 7 hours delayed. #Newark #UnitedAirlines

@united my flight has been delayed 6 times. No assigned gate agent to help. Phone agents have no info. Other gate staff say they “aren’t assigned” to my flight and refuse to help while they scroll their phones. Passengers are stranded. Unacceptable. #UnitedAirlines #TravelFail
