@GalacticMj For the IT's introduction demonstration on Roshi's glasses ( I've only seen the anime) , Goku shows he doesnt need to use his fingers on his forehead. For this page, Goku essentially did a frame perfect timing so his Spirit Bomb wouldnt dissapear.
