@Barclaycard Still no avios. Is Barclaycard so skint that they can't afford to buy Avios and give their customers what they promised? I have an email saying you deposited the avios but no avios in my account.

@Barclaycard I have left messages on your online chat and all is documented there. That service is useless. I get asked questions like: what is your postal address? Why do you want to close your account? What is your postcode? None of these help me with my Barclaycard problems.
