Non‑inferior outcomes.
Fewer intraprocedural complications.
In FAST III, vFFR showed:
• Identical 1-year outcomes vs FFR
• ~40% fewer intraprocedural complications
• Shorter procedures
Physiology-guided care starts on the table.

Connecting expertise across markets.
Last week in Amsterdam, we brought together our global network, creating a valuable moment for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment.
Great to see partners connecting across regions and building relationships beyond daily business.
During #WorldHeartRhythmWeek:
Echo goes beyond structure.
Impaired ventricular strain is linked to worse outcomes in #ARVC, highlighting the role of imaging in identifying arrhythmic risk earlier.

Do you believe angiography‑based physiology represents a class effect, or should each individual solution demonstrate its clinical value through a dedicated non‑inferiority outcome trial comparing with wire-based physiology?
We asked Dr. Javier Escaned to share his perspective.

Pie Medical Imaging at CSI Frankfurt
We’ll be attending CSI Frankfurt and look forward to engaging with experts across the structural heart field.
We’re pleased to host two workshops, led by Dr. Omar Khalique, focused on CT planning for transcatheter valve interventions.
1. Learn about how to tackle the issue of a mismatch for the conservation of mass principle applied to flow using 4D flow
2. Valvular Heart Disease assessment by 4D flow: Is it really the next level up?

Looking back at a great CSI conference last week!
Next to CT planning workshops lead by Dr. @DeeDeeWangMD, Dr. Martin Swaans and Dr. @OKhaliqueMD, there were stunning presentations on CT derived ICE views (Dr. Galloo) and CT planning of pulm. valve interventions (Dr. ten Cate).
Combined functional and anatomical lesion information based on angiography? The Caas vFFR workflow builds a 3D reconstruction of a coronary artery and assesses the pressure drop, resulting in a vFFR value.
