@RogersHelps I’ve tried to connect to an agent over chat 11 times now and the chat just keeps kicking me out.

@RogersHelps Well nothing was done correctly.

I placed a move order to move internet from one address to another.

Instead the agent created a new internet account, didn’t place the move order.

I asked for a technician to come out to help with the set-up. He was sent to the wrong place

@RogersHelps I’ve done that. There was something done wrong and it needs to be fixed. I had a feeling something was wrong and called back to make sure and I was assured that it was done correctly

@porterairlines An item was left on a flight that arrived yesterday. tried calling the number listed on your website but it says the mailbox is full. I emailed as soon as we realized it was forgotten. I talked to an Agent yesterday who told me someone would contact me today.
