@RogersHelps He did come to the new address confirmed there was no move order. He was able to hook up the internet but now I was two accounts and no move order
@RogersHelps Well nothing was done correctly.
I placed a move order to move internet from one address to another.
Instead the agent created a new internet account, didn’t place the move order.
I asked for a technician to come out to help with the set-up. He was sent to the wrong place
@RogersHelps I’ve done that. There was something done wrong and it needs to be fixed. I had a feeling something was wrong and called back to make sure and I was assured that it was done correctly
