On #UAOADay, we stand with our friends at @FIA and their president, @Ben_Sulayem, to say no to online abuse and all forms of harassment in sport.
Being behind a keyboard is never an excuse to say things you would never say face to face. Sport should inspire respect, and the internet should never be a place to let off steam at the expense of someone else's mental health.
#UnitedAgainstOnlineAbuse
Sport is about passion, unity, and respect. Online abuse
threatens all three. On UAOA Day, we’re taking a stand.
Will you join us?

... 50 days to go!
The countdown to the 2026 @IFAFMedia Flag Football World Championships in Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf has truly begun, and the excitement is real. 🌍🏈
In just 50 days, the world's best flag football players will take the field in what promises to be the most significant edition of our World Championship in nearly 25 years of IFAF Flag Football history.
More than a world title will be on the line; this event represents another milestone on our journey towards the Olympic Games and the continued global growth of our sport, with a golden ticket to win for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
To mark the moment, we were proud to unveil a new World Championship trophy. A symbol of excellence, ambition, and the next chapter of flag football. It honors the legacy of every nation, athlete, coach, and volunteer who has helped build this championship since its first edition in 2002 in Austria.
This week also brought another reminder that our community continues to grow. Welcoming 5 new member federations. SO/ Hafsatu Kamara, OLY, a former Olympian, who is helping lead the development of American football in Sierra Leone. Leaders like her demonstrate the power of sport to inspire new generations and create opportunities where they matter most.
Every new federation. Every new athlete. Every new fan.
See you in Düsseldorf!
💥 50 days to go. Today, we unveil the trophy they’ll be playing for.
In 50 days, 32 teams compete for world glory — and the privilege of lifting the new IFAF World Flag Championship trophy for the first time in history.

Through our strategic partnership with the International Federation of American Football (IFAF), we’re advancing athlete development, expanding fan engagement and supporting the long-term growth of one of the world’s fastest-growing sports.
Flag football is moving fast, and today marks another step in its journey !
I’m very pleased to see @IFAFMedia and @TMRWSports formally begin working together to explore how we can support the continued growth of our sport around the world with now professional opportunities for the athletes.
As the global governing body, our responsibility is to look beyond today and help build the ecosystem our athletes, member federations and fans. From grassroots development to national team competition, from professional opportunities to the Olympic Games, every piece of the pathway matters.
The emergence of a professional league backed by the @NFL represents a tremendous opportunity for athletes. Our role at IFAF is to ensure that this growth happens in a way that embraces the global game, align with international competition, and creates opportunities for our members.
I would like to thank Mike McCarley and the entire TMRW Sports team for the spirit of partnership.
While many details of the league are still being developed and the real work starts now, reaching an early alignment on the values and principles that matter most to IFAF was the right first step.
See you in Düsseldorf August 13-16 for the IFAF 2026 Flag Football World Championship !
