على كل لبناني ان يعتمد هذه التقنية عند بناء منزله

يمكن الحفاظ على حرارة المنزل معتدلة عبر أنابيب هوائية مدفونة على عمق عدة أمتار، حيث تبقى حرارة التربة شبه ثابتة طوال السنة. يمر الهواء الخارجي داخل الأنابيب فيبرد صيفاً ويكتسب حرارة شتاءً قبل دخوله المنزل. ويُعرف النظام بـ المبادل الحراري الأرضي الهوائي. يحتاج إلى تصميم جيد لتصريف التكاثف، منع الرطوبة والعفن، وضمان تهوية صحية وفعّالة.
