To all Afrikaners that have been denied or still waiting, pray to The Lord. He is the only 1 we can have our trust in. He knows what you short. He will be with you.
Psalm 23:4 (NIV):
โEven though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.โ

2026. The letter arrived on a Tuesday.
Marius got the notice for the farm his family had worked for 4 generations outside Stellenbosch. Expropriation without compensation. Farms, houses, even vehicles were listed in the new Act. The reason given was "public interest." The appeal took 11 months. He lost.
First went the land. The bank called the loan the same week. Then the equipment was auctioned. Neighbors heโd known for 30 years looked away at the shops. Some helped move boxes. Most didnโt.
His daughter Elize lost her job at the co-op. The insurance for the house lapsed. Then there was the break-in. Nothing the police could do, they said. "Case number only."
Within 18 months they were in a 2-room flat in town. The peach trees were cut down. The title deed was gone. The savings were gone. The community that used to have braais and help each other with harvest was fractured. Some left the country. Some stayed and kept quiet.
At night Marius would sit and listen to the traffic instead of crickets. "We built this," heโd say. "And now we have nothing." Elize would just hold his hand.
The worst part wasnโt losing the farm. It was the feeling that no one was coming to stop it, and that speaking about it made people call you the problem.

This kind of story reflects the fear a lot of people feel right now around land policy, crime, and the future.
@MaxPatricius@viking_boer@Zayin_7_119@EGANSgrammie This is what America is. Strangers becoming family before you even arrive. Praying that family finds safety, peace, and a real home. God bless Barbara ๐๐บ๐ธ
@MichelleBr85589 Heartbreaking. No parent should face this choice. Praying @POTUS and the team review these cases with compassion. Families belong together ๐๐ฟ๐ฆ๐บ๐ธ
@JacoKleynhans Grateful for leaders who meet, speak truth, and seek solutions. Lord, let this bring safety to our farms and communities, and realignment that blesses all of SA ๐
@USA_Stinger Exactly. Weโre all responsible for our own choices today. Blaming people for things that happened before we were born solves nothing. Letโs build instead.
This is what you're saving us from. Thank you USA ๐. Just wish more could be sent over and faster.
Please pray for all families still in South Africa.
Bless you all
@mornestand@SarahThinker22 Oom, your words break my heart too. "My land - my lewe" ๐ฟ๐ฆ But even in the pain, God sees every tear and every scar. He hasn't forgotten. We hold onto hope ๐
