It is evident that the Tshisekedi regime has not lived up to what its leader Tshisekedi, committed to before President Trump.

Meanwhile, Rwanda remains committed to implementing the Washington Peace Accords.

If the US now realizes that the Tshisekedi regime lacks the political will to end the crisis, it should reconsider its approach of unilateral sanctions and instead sanction the DRC regime that does not want a stable region.

President Kagame succeeded in establishing justice and reconciliation in the aftermath of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

The situation was extraordinarily complex!

To manage this reality and ensure they could coexist in one society without cycles of revenge or renewed atrocities over the past decades required a deliberate commitment to justice, accountability, and national reconciliation.

@CityofKigali Amakuru. On KN 7 road, close to roundabout, the streetlight that should shine on the zebra crossing is not working. Could you please repair this at your earliest convenience as now the zebra crossing is in the dark, making it very unsafe for pedestrians. Murakoze.

@airtelrw Today I tried a sim swap to replace my old 3G for your 4G. After a lot of typing in the computer, endless thumb scans and face pictures, the process had to start all over again... By then I was waiting for half an hour. So I declined and left. 3G works fine for me.
