The new Lee Abbey to Lundy Way Devon Pilgrim route has been created by Rev’d Jane Skinner, who is Rector for the Hartland Coast Mission Community.

The idea of Jesus being our rock is something that has inspired the route. Jane said, “there’s so many bible verses about Jesus being our rock, and there’s many rocky cliffs on this pilgrimage route. If he is our rock and our firm place, we can travel with hope and confidence.”

And they’re off! We’re excited to be going to Lundy Island today as part of the new Lee Abbey to Lundy Way pilgrimage route. @CofEDevon @Bishop_Exeter

Later today the bishops of Exeter and Crediton will be taking part in a special service at St Helen’s church on Lundy to mark the opening of this new Devon Pilgrim route.
