Please stop telling people with insomnia (and more so, painsomnia) to reduce their screen time. If they've spent 5 hours trying to sleep unsuccessfully with no screens and they need to put the TV on quietly for some distraction, don't act like that's the problem.

In light of record inflation month after month, this government is basically offering a pay cut to some of the lowest paid workers in our education system. Don’t forget they took care of their own. 73 person cabinet all getting thousands in raises. This isn’t working for workers
