The West was in bad shape to begin with. But future historians will struggle to explain how the entire Western political-media establishment chose to turbocharge its downfall by disgracing itself beyond the point of no return — in the eyes of the global majority as well as their own citizens — in order to defend Israel. The absurd framing of the events in Amsterdam is telling in this regard.
