@BitcoinSapiens I remember writing a high school essay in 2005 that predicted a future shortage of nursing facilities and healthcare workers for the Baby Boomer generation. Well, that is happening now.
@MadameM0ntespan @janninereid1 I’m 5'3", and the most I’ve ever weighed was 140 during pregnancy. Right now, my weight usually ranges between 115 and 120. I’m also of mixed American and Asian heritage. I got tired of hearing some people say I’m too thin 😂 not my fault I can’t gain weight.
@watchingdaisies@theficouple@jonbrooks Yes, I used to live in Abilene and DFW. My husband was a contractor for the airlines, so we bounced around. Property taxes have gotten insane in some places.
@1RationalMan@theficouple@jonbrooks We got lucky to get it for $20k, it was listed for $45k. We found out after we purchased owner was in jail for 3rd DUI. I guess she was desperate to sell it 🤷♀️
@1RationalMan@theficouple@jonbrooks I know the key words is “fixer upper”, found one in West Texas and got it for $20k dropped $30k into it. Stayed in it for two years until my son finished High School. Now he’s in college and we live South Texas.
@64hangingon@Lyla41538339@RealJessica I grew up in a military family and spent much of my childhood overseas. I didn’t learn about EBT until my early 20s, now I’m in my mid 30s and I was surprised.
@TiffanyFong We got ours at Home Zone. It was one of those TX edition couches, with pillow like arm rests, thick stitching, but it’s not leather. It was about a $1,600 couch and got it for $800.
@u_ringingbells@MatrixMysteries Another example since someone messaged me. Same as my husband born in Japan by an American father. If he wants to work for the Japanese government he has to get rid of his U.S. citizenship.
@u_ringingbells@MatrixMysteries I grew up as a military brat living overseas. I was born in the Philippines, but I’m a U.S. citizen because my father is an American and my mom is Filipina. Even though I was born in the Philippines, I can’t just automatically stay there for however long I want. I need a visa.
@starzenith33@MatrixMysteries A lot of them comes here for work and sends money back to their country. Not just Mexicans, also Filipinos, etc. Since the dollar is worth more. They use it to build a house in their country and take care of family.
Expect the last leg of #Bitcoin if Russia-Ukraine war cease fire becomes official. This was a call I made a year ago, which played out with precision. #BTC
