My obligatory 2023 recap

I'm super thankful for this past year, having been through a lot of change and opportunities both irl and of course the @Trackmania bubble.

First of all, after now almost 2 years being involved in the creation of many of Nadeo's marketing projects and content deliveries - I am still very honored to have been part of many amazing projects this year.

Let's have a look again:

🔸We finished off the amazing Neo-Cupra project by releasing the Singularity district. Still super proud of the visual style we went with.
🔸"Ubisoft Club" had its debut with Assassin's Creed Mirage themed environments and tracks.
🔸Together with @Twitch and @VW we brought to life "Autopia", a series on minigames in Trackmania, in its own artificial theme park.
🔸I helped bring the summer Cupra collaboration to life by contributing a few 3D models to @Cathodeus amazing work.
🔸Ubisoft Club continued with its second instalment: Captain Laserhawk. I see these visuals as pinnacle of my work so far.

To me, building up a portfolio with projects like these means the world, as it helps me express my creative vision (where ever I can). Creating has always been my passion (rather than playing, lol) and getting the chance to work together with great people on great projects is just amazing. It was @softyBCK who got me into the boat at Nadeo initially, and @Pingu_nc and @TonaTM_ with whom I continue this amazing trip - thanks for the trust guys!

Apart from Trackmania having a strong presence in my "professional life", I also got the opportunity to see many of the amazing people from the community in Cologne in September, at XPEvo. It was my first LAN and community event of sorts and an absolute blast, together with @TheChraz, @MCYCProductions, @NsgrTM and many others!

This summer, my friends and I took the opportunity to travel a lot and we saw many crazy places in Europe - making me realise there's so much to explore out there, even on a low budget!

Despite mental ups and downs at times, the bigger picture is way more important and this year was an important one to mature more. I feel quite obligated to mention it: my faith helped me here a lot. Whenever I felt like becoming stuck at some point without light in sight, God helped me out and continue stronger, so thanks Lord Jesus. Next year is yours.

2024 is ready to come, with many great projects and plans already on the agenda! Can't wait to show more of what I started to cook this December, which will raise the bar once more 😏

This being said, I wish you people a great day and NYE - stay safe and healthy and see you in the fresh year.
