Some parents judge schools by the test scores. But there are a lot of parents who judge schools by the attitude of their child when they get home in the afternoon. We need to be working to raise student achievement… but we also need to be creating good experiences for kids.

Seems like I’m one of the few who doesn’t think worksheets are bad. What’s on them can be bad but a worksheet that teaches great strategies, develops fluency & reasoning skills, is challenging & fun & provides a written record of student work is incredibly great in my world!
