To the ones still there, still trying to make Twitter functional....thank you. I suspect that nerfing the block button will be the final straw to effectively end my engagement with this platform, but I still appreciate how hard you all tried to keep this ship from sinking.
A ginormous thank you to the skeleton crew sticking it out at Twitter, working hard so that the users don't have to suffer in service of a billionaire's ego.
Since there seem to be so many of you still on this hellsite, I figured I'd pop this link over here in case any of y'all want these and didn't know about them yet. It's getting pretty close to one of the best stretch goals, with only 4 days left to go.๐

I scrolled the tl for a minute and there's a lot of y'all here that I miss, but definitely not this site.
Hope to see you all in the good place eventually!
@DisneyParks@WaltDisneyWorld Same with the Encanto area too....No need to overwrite Dinosaur when you can have that whole land and so much more in a 5th gate
@DisneyParks@WaltDisneyWorld This would be great and all IN A 5TH PARK.
There are two BILLION more humans alive on this planet than there were when Animal Kingdom opened & you're cramming them into the same tiny overcrowded spaces. There's no reason to erase and overwrite when we need to expand!
@SenatorWicker A few days ago, you correctly called Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
Today, you don't even have the guts to support a nation he's committing those crimes against?
We're next, Senator. If you aren't prepared to stop this train now, it won't be long before Putin owns the USA.
@undefinedstring@Skype Looks like SMS ends completely on May 5.
"What else is changing? The following services will no longer be available starting May 5, 2025: SMS, Credit gifting, Call forwarding, Caller ID setup."
@Skype UNACCEPTABLE. I've been paying for Skype-Out for 15 years, and Skype-In for almost 5, and I depend on both products DAILY. My renewal date is just after the cutoff, so I've got barely a month left, and no viable alternatives.
How can you do this to people? With so little notice?
@MicrosoftTeams Look, you're either going to have to integrate Skype-In and Skype-Out, or abort the plan to migrate Skype users to Teams. Functions I depend on daily, and have been paying for for years, are going to vanish for me in just over a month! Unbelievable!
@Microsoft365 Teams isn't a Skype replacement. I pay for Skype-In and Skype-Out and depend on it daily, and you're giving us no time to find an alternative? WTF?
