🐶 : Living these past 10 years, the biggest thing for me has been trying to show Carats, our fans, that I’m growing. The effort I put into showing you a more mature version of myself was huge.
​🐶 : But if you were to ask me, "Was there ever anything you worked hard on purely for yourself, with no intention of showing it to anyone else?" Honestly... objectively speaking... there might not have been. I don't think there was. Do you know what I mean?
​🐶 : Even with working out, I might have started by saying, "I'm doing this to stay healthy and not get sick". But deep down, even in the smallest of feelings, there was definitely a part of me thinking, "I’m going to work out hard so I can show Carats a cooler side of me".
​🐶 : The same goes for English or Japanese. Trying to use them more on stage and putting effort into learning them, that wasn't really about me wanting to become fluent in English or Japanese for myself. It was much more about wanting to communicate with Carats and showing you how much I’ve grown.
​🐶 : So... anyway, during the next two years, when the time I have to communicate with you all will significantly decrease, I want to take some time to focus entirely on myself and work on the things that I personally need. And since I'll be doing alternative military service, I don't want to waste the personal time I'll be given. I want to spend it healthily and productively.
🐶 : Honestly, the reason I'm telling you guys all this is because, once again, you are my biggest motivation.
