@askevanscycles why do you have just 3 women’s mountain bikes on the shop floor. Women cycle too you know! Appalling! Your sale team need some customer service training! We were looking at purchasing 2 bikes today, shame your salesmen werent interested! Off to your competitor!!

@askevanscycles I certainly do not! I have been to a well known cycle shop who stocked a lovely range of women’s bikes and their customer service was impeccable! Unlike Evans who just couldn’t be bothered and put me in front of a computer!

@askevanscycles Yes I realise this but 3 Women’s bikes is unacceptable and that doesn’t explain the sheer lack of service from your so called dedicated staff. Btw the bike I was looking at was £1,300 and my husband, £1,500! The service was non existent for a £3k sale!!
