Three GOP lawmakers just filed amendments to stop the federal recriminalization of hemp THC products — one would delay the ban two years, one would block enforcement funding entirely, and one (the Lawful Hemp Protection Act) would establish a real regulatory framework with labeling, age verification, and THC limits.

The House Rules Committee decides next week which amendments get a floor vote.
