At #SBS, accessibility and inclusion are at the heart of our events. We want every attendee to feel comfortable, confident, and supported - whether you’re neurodivergent, have visible and/or hidden disabilities, or any additional needs.

To help our winners and their guests prepare for the day, we partnered with Liz Evans from The Untypical OT - #SBS winner and occupational therapist who works with event organisers, and individuals to remove barriers, navigate and create more accessible, inclusive event experiences.

Jess, #SBS Lead, and Liz created this short Accessibility & Inclusion Video. The video walks you through everything from arrival and venue layout to quiet spaces, toilets, food options, and support available on the day.

We want everyone to enjoy #SBSEvent2026 in a way that works best for them. If there’s something you need that we haven’t mentioned - or if you have feedback on how we can make things even more accessible - please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
