🚨 ONE OBAMA JUDGE IS TRYING TO SHUT DOWN MAIL BALLOT SECURITY

The U.S. Postal Service just filed new rules to finally lock down mail-in ballots for the midterms, basic tracking, chain-of-custody, and requiring clean voter lists.

Judge Indira Talwani immediately hit the panic button.

She’s demanding the Trump administration answer by Tuesday… or she’ll block the rule from even being published.

This isn’t about “protecting democracy.”
This is a leftist judge on a power trip trying to keep the most fraud-prone voting method wide open.

Election integrity is not optional.

One activist judge doesn’t get to decide how America runs its elections.

SCOTUS needs to step in and shut this down.

🚨 BIG WIN for the Second Amendment.

A federal judge just ruled that because Congress zeroed out the NFA tax in the Big Beautiful Bill, the federal registration and approval process for suppressors and other NFA items no longer has a legal basis.

No more tax stamp.
No more waiting on ATF approval for transfers.

Dealers are still waiting on clear guidance, and the government has time to appeal, but the principle is clear:

When the tax goes away, the regulatory scheme that depended on it collapses.

Last week, a federal judge put a seven-day hold on the NFA ruling so the Justice Department could run to the Fifth Circuit and stop it before it took effect.

That clock ran out.

DOJ did not stop it.

So now we have a legally bizarre situation: two people can walk into the same gun store, reach for the same suppressor, and one may be covered by the ruling while the other may still be committing a federal felony.

The judge did not turn off the NFA for all of America. The relief applies to the plaintiffs, their members, their customers, and the covered entities in the case. Living in one of the plaintiff states does not automatically cover you personally.

That means dealers are stuck in the middle, customers are confused, and everyone is waiting to see whether DOJ appeals within the larger window it still has left.

So yes, this is a real win.

But no, don’t get stupid.

If your suppressor or SBR is sitting in eForms, talk to your dealer, figure out whether you are actually covered, and do not take legal advice from a comment section.

The tax went to zero, and the government still wanted the paperwork.

That tells you what the paperwork was really for.

The USPS Published its Mail-In-Ballot Rules For the Midterm Elections...This is HUGE.

The USPS just published a new rule implementing Trump’s executive order on mail-in ballots.

States that want the Postal Service to handle their mail-in or absentee ballots must now:

-Turn over a list of every voter getting a ballot

-Put unique serialized barcodes on both the outgoing and return envelopes

If a state refuses USPS will not deliver those ballots.

A judge appointed by Obama has temporarily blocked the rule from starting. They published it anyway so it can go live the second the courts lift that block for the Midterms

A Michigan Citizen Only Voting petition may be REJECTED despite submitting over 700,000 signatures.

MI's Bureau of Elections claims that only 61.2% of the signatures are valid after sampling just 1000 signatures.

This is the same agency that admitted that illegals voted in elections. Michigan Board of State Canvassers (@MichSOS) must APPROVE this measure for the November ballot.

Only Americans should be voting in our elections. This isn’t hard.
