Will never get insured with @TheAA_UK again. Got Covid working for NHS, diagnosed Long Covid at hospital. Other companies helping with payment holidays, reductions, wiping debt. Horrendous calls with AA. No empathy, help. Took one payment they promised not to - refusing refund.
