You may have a point here Serg, but the Turkish Government can eat 💩 if they want to confiscate those wallets, sell the assets further down the shitter, including ETH, and then then keep the proceeds for themselves…
Which is what Turkish Govs will indeed do if they get their hands on it…
We encourage everyone in the PulseChain community to contact the U.S. Department of State (Consular Affairs) regarding @RichardHeartWin, an American citizen detained in Turkey.
The State Department provides consular assistance for U.S. citizens detained abroad (welfare checks, attorney lists, visits, etc.). Please reach out using these official channels:
• Arrest/Detention Abroad guidance: https://t.co/uQrInllUGf
• General Help Abroad: https://t.co/bQcVbkUcjT
• U.S. Consulate General Istanbul: https://t.co/wuDjQmn1QU or https://t.co/afXpyhL3D2
• U.S. Embassy Ankara: https://t.co/57Cq6OygMi
We’ve already submitted our correspondence. The more people who contact the State Department / Consulate, the more visibility our concerns receive. Let’s stand together and request proper consular monitoring and due process.
@LibertySwapFi Honestly the community needs to wake up and defend their claim on these assets. The governments clearly want to steal them and are painting RH as some arch gangster in the media as a pretext for doing so. In reality the community will be the victims of the governments theft.
From the government website:
“SUSPECT IN $1 BILLION CRYPTO SCAM CAUGHT IN ISTANBUL”
(My take: they are blatantly lying to make headlines)

- 7 million 150 thousand US dollars and 160 thousand Turkish Lira
- 6 cold wallets,
- 300 bags, 100 pairs of shoes, 136 pairs of glasses, and 28 watches from various brands.
- 97 pieces of jewelry and various valuables,
- 29 mobile phones, 12 laptops, 11 computer cases, 19 SSDs/external hard drives, 46 USB flash drives, and 19 graphics cards.

Dear Mr. President @realDonaldTrump,
Richard Heart (Richard James Schueler), an American citizen and founder of HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX, was detained in Istanbul on an Interpol red notice requested solely by Finland. The notice is for alleged tax matters in Finland - not a U.S. criminal charge.
The U.S. SEC’s civil case against him (claiming unregistered offerings) was dismissed in 2025 for lack of jurisdiction.
There is no U.S. indictment.
As an American, he deserves due process and protection from being held on a foreign tax allegation that has been misrepresented in Turkish statements as “$1 billion U.S./Finland crypto fraud.”
Please look into his situation and ensure a U.S. citizen is not left stranded abroad on an inaccurate Interpol request.
Thank you. 🇺🇸
