Freshman Carlos Cadet broke the Carroll University triple jump record at yesterday's Tadd Metzger Invitational, soaring 14.59m to set a new program best.

It was perfect racing weather at the CCIW Conference Championships. Both teams took 8th place. We had 11 lifetime PRs and 4 season bests today.

Today was an AWESOME day at the Gene Davis Invitational hosted by Lawrence University.

Women finished 3rd
Men finished 5th

Everyone ran a PR today, and 50% of those were Lifetime PR!

After the meet we headed to the Lotspeich's for a delicious taco bar lunch!
