@ajcheshier 2. The @HTropDis is an amazing place if you’re based in the UK and are worried you’ve picked up something while travelling. They have a walk-in clinic. It’s where my #leishmaniasis was diagnosed and treated. Hope you’re feeling better now. 🤞

@ajcheshier 1. Aw sorry to hear you’ve not been well. As for staying healthy so much of it is in the prep beforehand. Figure out potential sicknesses etc and take the right precautions/ medicines. If you get sick then it’s about listening to your body and not overdoing it.
