One day you’ll pass that prop-firm challenge and even post the certificate here to celebrate.
You will walk fantasizing how in 4 months time you will satisfy your inner child.
Then on a monday during market open you will blow that account.
Utaelewa mbona wengi ni chizi😂😂🫵🏿
One underrated habit in trading is talking to yourself out loud especially when you are about to break your rule.
Kuna siku tulikuwa live trading na my pal Dark, kwa background nikaskia akiambia GU "please go down" hapo ndo niligundua sio Don Tire pekee, lazma ukuwe wazimu pia.
the phrase “for you, I would” is such a gentle and sweet form of love language. even if I wouldn’t normally do something, i would gladly do it just to make you happy.
One small lesson I have learnt hard way from my journey trading funded accounts and achieving milestone payouts:
Anytime you're up 2–3%, lock in your profits and wait for the next opportunity.
I've seen it happen too many times. You start looking for "just one more trade," only to give back your profits and miss your payout target.
It doesn't matter how perfect the setup looks. Protecting profits is just as important as making them.
The market will always be there tomorrow. Your locked-in profits won't if you keep forcing trades.
I don't know whether y'all go through this problem, I find myself falling in love with most of my talking stages, wengine hadi hatujai patana nao, nikishaawaambia niko na kipara na sina pesa they stop talking to me. Washauri wa ndoa na mapenzi naomba mnipee mawaidha.
Your job is not to extract the maximum RRR from every move.
Your job is to build a system that survives long enough to catch asymmetric opportunities over and over again.
The traders obsessed with squeezing every trade usually don’t last.
The traders obsessed with staying in the game compound.
Huge difference.
After I learnt every forex trading strategy, I realized all of them can make money, but I still struggled to make money consistently until I acknowledged that the issue isn't the system or the market, it was me. I needed to master myself first in order to make it in trading.
