Of course, they act themselves better than 3rd world immigrants, but still not good enough. They habits of screaming, littering, e.t.c. You won't need such people in Moscow

Mindset is the only question of wealth, talk with a Moscow citizen (me) and poor region citizen

Russia's 75% of population is living in Europe, I don't think it's correct to make claims like all Russians are mongol. Anyway almost any Russian is more European than average Spanish
