@lapetitemaligne I think when we compare things like education & standard of living, we take into account an individual country's ranking & not merely personal anecdotes from interviews & observation. Just my thoughts.

@NgaKorMing An achievable KPI. Just come to certain states & you can achieve Ur KPI within 1 day, maybe half a day coz every 200m you are able to see rubbish being dumped. Good work!

@mkini_bm If I am not mistaken, this is the same Minister who abolished UPSR & classroom based assessment. I wonder how valid is that action coz as a result of his actions & decisions, Malaysian students continue to lag behind their Asian counterparts. Sad.
