She bought in Bristol on a day out. They started to split and leak within 2 weeks. Took back to local shop and they wouldn’t accept even with receipt and still in warranty.

@thenorthface Review of my friend’s £145 lightweight, waterproof (not) walking boots. Still under warranty but local shop won’t accept the return, says she has to go to shop where purchased which is a long way away and she can’t get there easily….why can’t you sort this out?

@BarclaysUKHelp We’ve tried every way, gone through complaints, Premier banking, Have 14 accounts + mortgage, savings, business and personal. Because of this we can’t do video banking. Unless procedures are changed we have no choice but to bank elsewhere for new accounts. Thanks for trying.

@BarclaysUK have totally shot themselves in the foot by closing local branches and not allowing pop-up branches to set up new accounts. Having to go to Lloyds now to set up the kids’ bank accounts, despite having banked/saved with Barclays all my life. 😠

I could run this show better myself, and these are supposed to be an experienced travel management company? Who is (not) overseeing this?

@archway_school Just read the letter from the HM and it says about the school answerphone being updated for absence reporting...are we not using the EduLink app for absence reporting then? I’ve been using it and I’ve not called school about my son’s dentist appointments!
