Where is the guarantee that the compromise was limited to the email infrastructure?

Can you prove that during this period no malicious firmware was distributed to users - potentially generating recovery seeds from attacker-known entropy - and that existing devices still display and sign exactly the transactions users intend to sign?

An email-provider breach is one thing. But after attackers gained access to legitimate infrastructure, users need a clear explanation of the blast radius and cryptographic evidence that firmware distribution and signing infrastructure were not affected.
